My Yoga for Beginners course is suitable for complete beginners. The course is broken down into three modules, which will gradually develop your knowledge and technique over time. Starting with 'Yoga Fundamentals', follow the classes in order, and you'll establish a strong and safe foundation from which you can explore the Hatha classes and beyond.
