Our Yoga for Beginners classes are suitable for complete beginners. The classes are broken down into a number of series, which will gradually develop your knowledge and technique over time. Starting with 'Yoga Fundamentals', follow the series in order, and you'll establish a strong and safe foundation from which you can explore the Hatha classes and beyond.
