This Vinyasa Flow class is designed to help you to unwind after a long day, including some gentle openers to start, a long relaxation at the end and a steady flow in the middle.
This is a dynamic class. Some prior experience of Vinyasa Flow yoga is recommended.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat & 2 x bricks (or brick substitutes)
Optional equipment: 1 x block (or substitute).
