  • 15-minute strengthening flow

    This short Vinyasa Flow class focuses on cultivating strength.

    This is a dynamic class. Some prior experience of Vinyasa Flow is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat & brick (or brick substitute).

  • 15-minute flow for core strength

    This short Vinyasa class focuses on strengthening your core.

    This is a dynamic class. Some prior experience of vinyasa yoga is recommended.

  • 15-minute flow for back strength

    This Vinyasa Flow class focuses on strengthening the back of your body, including your glutes, hamstrings and your lower and mid-back.

    This is a dynamic class. Some prior experience of Vinyasa Flow is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat.

  • Full circumference of core strength

    This Vinyasa Flow yoga class focuses on strengthening the full circumference of your core: the abdominal circumference including the rotational and side muscles of your core, and your back muscles, glutes, hip flexors and inner thighs.

  • Front of core strength

    This Vinyasa Flow yoga class focuses on cultivating strength for the front of your core by strengthening your abdominal muscles.

    This is a dynamic class. Some prior experience of Vinyasa Flow yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat & 1 x block (or block substitute).

  • Back of core strength

    This Vinyasa Flow yoga class focuses on cultivating strength for the back of your core by strengthening your paraspinal muscles and glutes.

    This is a dynamic class. Some prior experience of Vinyasa Flow yoga is recommended.

  • Side & rotational core strength

    This Vinyasa Flow yoga class focuses on cultivating strength for the abdominal circumference by strengthening the rotational and side muscles of your core.
