  • Flow to kick-start your day

    This Vinyasa Flow class is an all-round class to wake up your shoulders, core and hips to kick-start your day.

    This is a dynamic class. Some experience of Vinyasa Flow is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat.
    Optional equipment: block (or block substitute).

  • Strengthening flow

    This Vinyasa Flow class focuses on strengthening the whole circumference of your core: your abdominals, your side of core, your back, and also your hip flexors, outer hips and inner thighs, and your glutes.
