This Postnatal yoga class focuses on gently strengthening your core and pelvic floor muscles. It’s a great next step after you have regularly practiced the ‘Reconnect with your core & pelvic floor’ class and the 'Pelvic & core stability' class.
This class is suitable after you have been given the all-clear from your midwife or doctor to start exercising again.
This class is suitable for beginners.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat.
Optional equipment: cushion, yoga block or blanket to sit on, and a blanket for when you are lying down.
