    This is a Hatha Yoga class. Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat
    Optional equipment: 2 x bricks

    This Vinyasa Flow class is an all-round practice for your whole body. It's ideal for the morning, but it can be done at any time of the day.

    This is a dynamic class. Some prior experience of Vinyasa Flow is recommended.
