  • 15-minute flow to unwind

    This Vinyasa Flow class is a slow flow that will help you to unwind, by focusing on longer holds and moving at a slightly slower pace.

    This is a dynamic class. Some prior experience of Vinyasa yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat
    Optional equipment: yoga block (or substitute)

  • 15-minute slow release flow

    This slow release Vinyasa Flow class is at a slower pace than the normal Vinyasa Flow classes, and it focuses on longer holds to release your body and relax your mind.

    This is a dynamic class. Some prior experience of Vinyasa yoga is recommended.

  • 15-minute flow after travelling

    This Vinyasa Flow class will be great if you have been travelling, whether that's by car, train or by aeroplane.

    This is a dynamic class. Some prior experience of Vinyasa yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat & belt
    Optional equipment: 2 x bricks & 1 x block (or substitutes).

  • 15-minute flow to beat burnout

    This Vinyasa flow class is a simple easeful flow to alleviate burnout.

    Some experience of Vinyasa flow is recommended.

  • 15-minute restorative flow

    This Vinyasa class is an easeful restorative flow.

    Some experience of Vinyasa flow is recommended.

    This Vinyasa class focuses on stress relief, through releasing in the jaw, neck, shoulders and hips, through unrushed movement and stretching.
