  • 15 minutes to unwind

    This Hatha yoga class will help you to unwind, by focusing on longer holds and moving at a slightly slower pace.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat
    Optional equipment: yoga block (or substitute)

  • 15-minute slow release

    This slow release Hatha class is at a slower pace and focuses on longer holds to release your body and relax your mind.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

  • 15 minutes of restorative movement

    This Hatha class focuses on easeful steady movement with a restorative tone.

    This class is suitable for beginners.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat.

  • 15-minute post-Covid stretch

    This Hatha class focuses on gentle stretching to ease you back into yoga after you have had Covid.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

  • 15 minutes to beat burnout

    This Hatha class focuses on simple, steady, easeful movement to help you to alleviate burnout.

    This class is suitable for beginners.

    Optional equipment: 2 x bricks & 1 x block (or substitutes).

  • 15-minute stress release

    This Hatha class focuses on stress relief, through releasing in the jaw, neck, shoulders and hips.

    Some experience of yoga is recommended.

  • 15 minutes for anxiety relief

    This Hatha class focuses on relieving anxiety through simple unrushed movement, focusing on your breath and the sensations of your body.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

  • 15 minutes after travelling

    This Hatha yoga class will be great if you have been travelling, whether that's by car, train or by aeroplane.
