  • Wake up & go

    This Hatha yoga class focuses on waking up your body, with emphasis on opening the front of your body, so that you feel spacious for the rest of your day.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat.
    Optional equipment: 2 x bricks & 1 x block (or substitutes).

  • Wake up & flow

    In this Vinyasa Flow you'll wake up your whole body, starting with some sun salutations and moving into some standing pose flows.

    This is a dynamic class. Some experience of Vinyasa Flow is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat.
    Optional equipment: yoga brick (or substitute).
