'Return to you' is a 4 week programme. Each week, there is a Hatha class, a Vinyasa Flow class, a Guided Meditation and a Restorative practice, plus an introduction from me about the philosophy behind the week's theme. The programme will inspire self-connection and awareness to help you to live life wholeheartedly.
