It's a grounding class, giving you the opportunity to turn inwards and to relax.
This class is suitable for beginners.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat, bolster, 2 x bricks (or substitutes).
Optional equipment: blanket, 1-3 x blocks (or substitutes).
