This class will focus on opening the front of your body, including your chest and the front of your hips, and also the side of your body.
Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat, 1 x belt & 1 x brick (or substitutes).
Optional equipment: 1 x block (or substitute).
