This Vinyasa Flow class focuses on developing the key techniques for flowing in and out of lunge salutations, which are an essential component of any flow class. You'll start by preparing your hips, core and shoulders and then, through breaking down the techniques, you'll learn how to transition smoothly. You'll finish by bringing together the techniques to practise flowing through some steady lunge salutations.
This class is ideal if you are new to Vinyasa Flow and you'd like to learn the fundamental techniques of flow, or if you have existing experience and you'd like to improve your technique. You'll need a basic knowledge of the key poses of yoga, so this class is not suitable if you are completely new to yoga.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat.
