YOGA FOR BEGINNERS: BUILDING ON THE FUNDAMENTALS

Building on the Fundamentals is the second series in my Yoga for Beginners programme. Building on what you learnt in the Yoga Fundamentals series, this 4-class series will continue to introduce you to new yoga poses whilst also continuing to develop your skill and technique. There is plenty of repetition so that you can develop your knowledge and skill over time. Make sure that you do the classes in order, as each class builds on the previous class. You might also find it beneficial to repeat the classes multiple times. Refer to the programme guide for more details.
