This series of classes focuses on supporting your physical and mental wellbeing from the 14th week of your pregnancy all the way to the birth of your baby. It includes classes to release tension, alleviate prenatal ailments and to keep the body supple and toned during pregnancy. The classes also focus on breath awareness and techniques to help you to relax and prepare for the birth of your baby.
