This class is suitable after you have been given the all-clear from your midwife or doctor to start exercising again.
This class is suitable for beginners.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat & belt (or belt substitute).
Optional equipment: cushion, yoga block or blanket to sit on.

This class is suitable for beginners.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat, bolster, 1 x brick, 2 x blankets (or substitutes).
Optional equipment: 1 x additional brick, 1 x additional blanket & 1 x belt (or substitutes). -
Nighttime meditation
This meditation for postnatal women cultivates a feeling of release and letting go, to help you to relax. It can be practiced at any time of the day, although it might be useful if you are awake in the middle of the night nursing.
