This Postnatal yoga class focuses on releasing the muscles of your shoulders, chest and neck.
This class is suitable after you have been given the all-clear from your midwife or doctor to start exercising again.
This class is suitable for beginners.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat & belt (or belt substitute).
Optional equipment: cushion, yoga block or blanket to sit on.
