This is a 4-class Hatha yoga programme to gradually build your strength. It follows on from the 'Get Back On Your Mat' programme as a perfect next step.
The classes are 30 minutes each. You could either do all 4 classes in one week, or spread them out over 2 weeks. These are great classes to practice regularly to build your strength over time.
The programme leave you feeling strong, and it will help to advance your yoga practice.
