'Be strong, be flexible' is a 4 week programme. Each week focuses on a different part of your body, from your hips, to your core and spine, to your shoulders, with targeted practices to build your strength and your flexibility.
There are two classes for you to practise each week, both based on Hatha yoga. One is a strong 45-60 minute class to build a combination of strength and flexibility for your whole body. The other is a more easeful and 'stretchy' 20-30 minute class to build your flexibility and range of motion whilst facilitating relaxation.
