    This is a dynamic class. Some experience of Vinyasa Flow is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat
    Optional equipment: 2 x bricks (or substitutes)

  • 15-minute flow to relieve stiffness

    This Vinyasa Flow class is ideal for when you are feeling stiff.
