This series of Hatha yoga classes focuses on creating range of motion, flexibility and strength for all of the muscles of your hip joint. There are 5 classes with different focal points: an active hip release, happy hamstrings, hip mobility, hip stability and hip strength.

  • Active hip release

    This Hatha class focuses on simple, repetitive, unrushed movements to release the muscles of your hips.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat
    Optional equipment: 2 x bricks & 1 x block (or substitutes).

  • Happy hamstrings

    This Hatha class focuses on cultivating strength and flexibility for your hamstrings.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat & belt (or substitute)
    Optional equipment: 2 x bricks & 1 x block (or substitutes).

  • Hip stability

    This Hatha yoga class focuses on cultivating hip stability, through emphasising stabilisation of your outer hips and activation of your inner thighs.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat & brick (or substitute).

  • Active hip mobility

    This Hatha yoga class focuses on cultivating hip mobility.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat.

  • Hip strength

    This Hatha yoga class focuses on strengthening the muscles of the whole circumference of your hip joint.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat.

  • 15-minute hip stretch

    This short Hatha class focuses on stretches for your hips.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat.

  • 15-minute hip fix

    This short Hatha class focuses on mobilising and releasing your hips.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat
