Here's a selection of classes that are great to do this summer, to help you stretch out after travelling, to stay consistent with your practice and to inspire you to do sunrise yoga on the beach.   • 15-minute stretch after gardening

    This Hatha yoga class focuses on stretches for after you have been gardening, to relieve achy shoulders, back and hips.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat
    Optional equipment: 2 x bricks (or substitutes).

  • 15-minute lower back release

    This Hatha yoga class focuses on easing your lower back, for when it's feeling achy or tense.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat, belt & brick (or substitutes).

  • 15 minutes after travelling

    This Hatha yoga class will be great if you have been travelling, whether that's by car, train or by aeroplane.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    This Vinyasa Flow class will be great if you have been travelling, whether that's by car, train or by aeroplane.

    This is a dynamic class. Some prior experience of Vinyasa yoga is recommended.

  • 15 minutes to rise & shine

    This 15-minute Hatha class is ideal for first thing in the morning to give you the best start to your day.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

  • 15-minute rise & shine flow

    This short Vinyasa Flow class focuses on sun salutations to give you the best start to your day.

    This is a dynamic class. Some prior experience of Vinyasa Flow is recommended.

  • 15 minutes for when you have limited space

    This Hatha yoga class is ideal for when you have limited floor or room space, for example if you are in a small hotel room or on a boat.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

  • 15-minute slow release

    This slow release Hatha class is at a slower pace and focuses on longer holds to release your body and relax your mind.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

  • 15-minute slow release flow

    This slow release Vinyasa Flow class is at a slower pace than the normal Vinyasa Flow classes, and it focuses on longer holds to release your body and relax your mind.

    This Vinyasa Flow class is a strong practice to wake up your whole body.

    This Hatha class is a complete practice for your whole body. It focuses on cultivating front body opening and back body strength.
