  • Class 1: Develop your backbends

    This is the first class in a 4-class programme which focuses on developing your backbends.

    This is a Hatha yoga class. Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat & 2 x bricks (or substitutes).

  • Class 2: Develop your backbends

    This is the second class in a 4-class programme which focuses on developing your backbends.

    This is a Hatha yoga class. Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat & 2 x bricks (or substitutes).

  • Class 3: Develop your backbends

    This is the third class in a 4-class programme which focuses on developing your backbends.

    This is a Hatha yoga class. Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat.

  • Class 4: Develop your backbends

    This is the fourth class in a 4-class programme which focuses on developing your backbends.

    This is a Hatha yoga class. Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.
