  • Class 1: Clubbell yoga fundamentals

    This is the first class in the Clubbell Yoga Fundamentals programme.

    This class is based on Hatha Yoga. Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat, 1 x clubbell
    Optional equipment: 2 x bricks

  • Class 2: Clubbell yoga fundamentals

    This is the second class in the Clubbell Yoga Fundamentals programme.

    This class is based on Hatha Yoga. Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.
