This programme follows on from the Clubbell Yoga Fundamentals programme, with a series of classes which focus on mobilising and strengthening your hips and core. It is based on Hatha Yoga. It's recommended that you do the Clubbell Yoga Fundamentals programme first.

  • Hip mobility & strength: Clubbell yoga

    This Clubbell Yoga class focuses on mobilising and strengthening the hips.

    This class is based on Hatha Yoga. It's recommended that you do the Clubbell Yoga Fundamentals programme before doing this class.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat, 1 x clubbell
    Optional equipment: 2 x bricks

  • Core strength: Clubbell yoga

    This Clubbell Yoga class focuses on strengthening your core.

    This class is based on Hatha Yoga. It's recommended that you do the Clubbell Yoga Fundamentals programme before doing this class.

    Optional equipment: 2 x bricks

  • Spine mobility: Clubbell yoga

    This Clubbell Yoga class focuses on mobilising your spine.

    This class is based on Hatha Yoga. It's recommended that you do the Clubbell Yoga Fundamentals programme before doing this class.
