Building on the Fundamentals follows on from the Yoga Fundamentals module as part of the Yoga for Beginners course.
It is suitable for beginners.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat & 2 x bricks (or brick substitutes)
Optional equipment: yoga block & belt (or substitutes)
