BUILDING ON THE FUNDAMENTALS

Building on the Fundamentals is the second module in my Yoga for Beginners course. Building on what you learnt in the Yoga Fundamentals module, this 4-class series will continue to introduce you to new yoga poses whilst also continuing to develop your skill and technique. There is plenty of repetition so that you can develop your knowledge and skill over time. Make sure that you do the classes in order, as each class builds on the previous class.
