BUILD YOUR STRENGTH

This is a 4-class Hatha yoga programme to gradually build your strength. It follows on from the 'Get Back On Your Mat' programme as a perfect next step.

The classes are 30 minutes each. You could either do all 4 classes in one week, or spread them out over 2 weeks. These are great classes to practice regularly to build your strength over time.

The programme leave you feeling strong, and it will help to advance your yoga practice.

BUILD YOUR STRENGTH
  • Class 1: Build your strength

    This is class 1 of my Build Your Strength programme.

    This is a Hatha yoga class. Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat.
    Optional equipment: yoga block (or substitute).

  • Class 2: Build your strength

    This is class 2 of my Build Your Strength programme.

    This is a Hatha yoga class. Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat.
    Optional equipment: yoga block (or substitute).

  • Class 3: Build your strength

    This is class 3 of my Build Your Strength programme.

    This is a Hatha yoga class. Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    This is class 4 of my Build Your Strength programme.
