ADULT CLASSES

This is a selection of taster adult classes to support the wellbeing of your teaching staff. As part of the full programme you will have unlimited access to the whole library of adult classes, including yoga, breathing and meditation.

The selection below covers a range of class styles, from classes for beginners to the more advanced. Please refer to the description below each class to see the suitability of the class.

  • Daily meditation

    This is a daily meditation practice as part of the Habit Starter series.

    This is a valuable daily practice. It can be done at any time of the day.

    This practice is suitable for beginners.

    Optional equipment: cushion, chair or mat.

  • Daily breathing

    This is a daily Coherent Breathing practice as part of the Habit Starter series.

  • Monday's habit starter

    This is Monday's habit starter class.

    This is a gentle class and it's suitable for beginners.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat

  • Day 1: Get back on your mat challenge

    This is day 1 of my 7-day Get Back On Your Mat challenge.

    This is a Hatha yoga class. Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat
    Optional equipment: 2 x bricks & 1 x block (or substitutes)

  • Strong morning flow

    This Vinyasa Flow class is a strong practice to wake up your whole body.

    This is a dynamic class. Some experience of Vinyasa Flow is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat.
