My 7-day de-stress programme gives you a selection of classes so that you can choose the class that you need to relax and unwind on any given day.
Each day there are three classes to choose from, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Guided Meditation, Relaxation, Restorative and Breathing, so that you can choose the practice that you need according to the level of energy you have, the time you have and the state of your mind.
