Select the day of the week below, and choose a class to help you to relax and unwind. Each day there are three classes to choose from. You could do a combination of one movement-based class and a meditation/breathing class, or just the meditation/breathing if you have less time and/or energy.

This guided meditation cultivates a sentiment of gratitude by encouraging you to appreciate all the positive things that you have in your life. Parts of the meditation include a mantra; you can repeat the mantra either silently in your head or out loud.
