Select the day of the week below, and choose a class to help you to relax and unwind. Each day there are three classes to choose from. You could do a combination of one movement-based class and a meditation/breathing class, or just the meditation/breathing if you have less time and/or energy.

  • 15-minute twisty practice

    Episode 1

    This short Hatha class focuses on twists.

    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat
    Optional equipment: brick (or brick substitute).

  • 15-minute twisty flow

    Episode 2

    This short Vinyasa Flow class focuses on twists.

    This is a dynamic class. Some experience of Vinyasa Flow is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat
    Optional equipment: brick (or brick substitute)

  • Gratitude meditation

    Episode 3

    This guided meditation cultivates a sentiment of gratitude by encouraging you to appreciate all the positive things that you have in your life. Parts of the meditation include a mantra; you can repeat the mantra either silently in your head or out loud.
