Select the day of the week below, and choose a class to help you to relax and unwind. Each day there are three classes to choose from. You could do a combination of one movement-based class and a meditation/breathing class, or just the meditation/breathing if you have less time and/or energy.

This Hatha class focuses on stress relief, through releasing in the jaw, neck, shoulders and hips.
Some experience of yoga is recommended.

15-minute stress release flow
Episode 2
This Vinyasa class focuses on stress relief, through releasing in the jaw, neck, shoulders and hips, through unrushed movement and stretching.
This is a dynamic class. Some experience of Vinyasa Flow is recommended.

I am present: Meditation
Episode 3
This meditation class is part of week 1 of 'Return to you'.
In this meditation you'll practise being present by paying attention to the sensations of your body.
No prior experience of meditation is necessary.
Recommended equipment: cushion or chair.
