    This is a breath awareness meditation practice which is suitable for complete beginners. It can be practised at any time of the day.

  • Day 3: Meditation to focus the mind

    Welcome to day 3.

    This is a meditation to focus the mind which is suitable for complete beginners. It can be practised at any time of the day.

  • Day 4: Golden orb guided relaxation

    Welcome to day 4.

    This is a guided relaxation which is suitable for complete beginners. It can be practised at any time of the day.

    It's best to lie down for this meditation.

  • Day 5: Meditation for resilience

    This is a meditation for cultivating resilience. It's suitable for complete beginners. It can be practised at any time of the day.
