Doing yoga and breathing before bedtime is a great way to relax and unwind. In this 7-day bedtime yoga programme, you'll do 10-15 minutes of gentle stretching and 5 minutes of breathing each day to prepare you for the best night's sleep.

This series is suitable for beginners.

    This is a gentle class and it's suitable for beginners.

  • Tuesday bedtime

    This is Tuesday's bedtime class. It includes gentle stretching and 5 minutes of Coherent Breathing to help you to relax and to prepare you for sleep.
