7-DAY STRENGTH CHALLENGE

Coming Monday 6th June!

This is a 7-day Hatha yoga challenge to gradually build your strength. It follows on from the 'Build Your Strength' programme as a perfect next step.

The classes are 20-25 minutes each. You could either do all 7 classes in one week, or spread them out over a few weeks. These are great classes to practice regularly to build your strength over time.

The challenge will leave you feeling strong, and it will help to advance your yoga practice.

  • Day 1: Strength challenge

    This is day 1 of my 7-day strength challenge.

    This is a Hatha yoga class. Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat & 1 x brick (or substitute)

  • Day 2: Strength challenge

    This is day 2 of my 7-day strength challenge.

    This is a Hatha yoga class. Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.
