For my 7-day feel-good challenge you'll do yoga with me for 20 minutes each day. So you'll feel energised, open and focused every day of the week. The classes are Hatha yoga.

  • Day 1: Feel-good challenge

    This is Day 1 of my 7-day Feel-good challenge.

    This is a Hatha yoga class. Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

    Recommended equipment: yoga mat.
    Optional equipment: 1 x block (or block substitute).

  • Day 2: Feel-good challenge

    This is Day 2 of my 7-day Feel-good challenge.

    This is a Hatha yoga class. Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.
