7-DAY FEEL GOOD CHALLENGE
For my 7-day feel good challenge you'll do yoga with me for 20 minutes each day. So you'll feel energised, open and focused every day of the week. The classes are Hatha yoga.

This is Day 1 of my 7-day Feel good challenge.
This is a Hatha yoga class. Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat.
Optional equipment: 1 x block (or block substitute). -
