This Vinyasa Flow yoga class focuses on strengthening the full circumference of your core: the abdominal circumference including the rotational and side muscles of your core, and your back muscles, glutes, hip flexors and inner thighs.
This is a dynamic class. Some prior experience of Vinyasa Flow yoga is recommended.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat & 1 x brick (or brick substitute).
