This Pregnancy yoga class is an energising sequence with flowing movement and sun salutations which are modified for pregnancy.
This class is suitable from your 14th week of pregnancy onwards and it is suitable for beginners. If you have any pregnancy related conditions or concerns, please consult your doctor or midwife before participating in the class to check that yoga is suitable for you.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat.
Optional equipment: cushion, yoga block or blanket to sit on, and a blanket for the relaxation.
