This prenatal Restorative yoga class will help you to relax, calming your mind and resting your body.
This class is suitable throughout all three trimesters and it is suitable for beginners. If you have any pregnancy related conditions or concerns, please consult your doctor or midwife before participating in the class to check that yoga is suitable for you.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat, 2 x bolsters, 1 x bock, 1 x blanket.
Optional equipment: 2 x bricks & 2 x blocks (or cushions, pillows or blankets as substitutes).
