    Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

  • Monday bedtime

    This is Monday's bedtime class. It includes gentle stretching and 5 minutes of Coherent Breathing to help you to relax and to prepare you for sleep.

    This is a gentle class and it's suitable for beginners.
