Wake up & flow
In this Vinyasa Flow you'll wake up your whole body, starting with some sun salutations and moving into some standing pose flows.
This is a dynamic class. Some experience of Vinyasa Flow is recommended.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat.
Optional equipment: yoga brick (or substitute). -
Active chest opening
This Hatha class focuses on opening the front of your chest through simple, repetitive, unrushed movements, whilst also cultivating back-body strength.
Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.
