This Vinyasa Flow class is designed to give you a break from your desk and get you moving in the middle of your day, but it can be done at any time.
This is a dynamic class. Some prior experience of Vinyasa Flow yoga is recommended.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat.
Optional equipment: 1 x brick (or brick substitute).
This sequence is designed to stretch out your whole body whilst you are seated in a chair, so it's ideal as a desk break.
This class is suitable for beginners.
