Midday break
This Hatha yoga class is designed to give you a break from your desk and get you moving in the middle of your day, but it can be done at any time.
Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat.

Midday flow
This Vinyasa Flow class is designed to give you a break from your desk and get you moving in the middle of your day, but it can be done at any time.
This is a dynamic class. Some prior experience of Vinyasa Flow yoga is recommended.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat.
Optional equipment: 1 x brick... -
Stretch at your desk
This sequence is designed to stretch out your whole body whilst you are seated in a chair, so it's ideal as a desk break.
This class is suitable for beginners.
Recommended equipment: chair.
