This Vinyasa class will be great if you have been sitting at a desk a lot. It focuses on front-body opening and back-body strength, to reverse the effects of sitting.
This is a dynamic class. Some prior experience of Vinyasa yoga is recommended.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat.
Optional equipment: 2 x bricks (or substitutes)
