10-MINUTE MORNING FLOWS
This 7-day programme is designed to get you flowing every morning of the week. The classes are 10 minutes in length to help you to establish a sustainable morning routine. The pace is steady, and the sequences are not complex, so if you have a regular Hatha practice this programme will be accessible for you.
